Greetings of the season!
Thanks a lot for contacting us for your Tadoba Jungle Safari Trip. Please find below the Rules of Tadoba and our Policies for your kind reference.
IMP: Pls READ This Before You Confirm Your Trip:
The Package Rates you have got are given on the basis of Jungle Safaris and Hotel Accommodation availability Right Now and the Package Cost can change anytime if there is delay in booking or getting ID Cards or getting insufficient Booking Amount. There are 26 Safari Entry Gates and all Gates have Different Entry Charges. We can Block Accommodation for you for some time but no one can block the Jungle Safari Permits for anyone. It is on First Come First Serve basis only. Number of Jungle Safaris are Strictly Limited per day. (16). Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can book the best Safari Experience for you.
Booking can be started only after we get 50/60% advance and necessary Government Photo IDs. (Preferably Aadhar Cards). Remaining payment to be paid 5 days before the Trip date.
Once the bookings are done, no changes are possible in hotels and safaris. (Adding / Removing / Replacing Names in Safari Permit is not allowed by Forest Department.) Any extra things/changes in itinerary/services/detour/local services/orders or anything apart from the offered Package inclusions will be chargeable as per the actual cost which cannot be combined with the offered package. Anything which is not included in Inclusions are not included in Package.
Cost Break-UP of any of the Services is Not Possible. (Before or After Booking the Package) We buy all the services from all our local vendors in bulk and for the whole year. There are many local services which are not mentioned in the Itinerary so Breaking Up Cost for every service is not possible for us. Group Discounts are possible but we can not bifurcate the per head cost for every service for every group member. If you want to know the per head cost then calculate like this --> Total Cost divided by Number of People = Per Head Cost.
If there is Big Group then we will communicate with the Person who is doing the Booking with us. All the queries will be answered on Con Call or on Whatsapp Group Call. All People in your Group cannot call one by one for any querries.
Only Jio Mobile Network is available in Tadoba. Please make sure you have at least one Jio Number with you to communicate while on the trip.
Carrying Mobile Phone in Jungle Safari is NOT allowed in Tadoba. You can get any Camera for Photography. 6 People Plus 2 Kids below 6 are allowed in One Safari Gypsy. Kids above 7 are counted as adults in Safari Gypsy. Safari slots can change from Morning to evening sometimes (depending on availability). Morning and Evening Safari timings keep changing as per sunrise and sunset. Normally it is 6:00AM to 10:00Am in the Morning and 2:00PM to 6:00PM for the Afternoon / Evening Safari.

Hotel / Resort -
All Hotel Check-in Time is 1:30pm and Checkout Time is normally 12:00pm. No Hotel in Tadoba Allows 4 People in One Room unless they are from One Immediate Family. If Hotel allows One Family of 4 in One Room then Extra People are Charged / Billed As Per Heads and Not Per Beds. Extra Bed Charges are not the rent of Mattress but it is Charge for Extra Individual Person using the same Room Plus Food Charges.
Food
All Hotels and Resorts Provide Food Package per day. That Includes Veg. Lunch, Non Veg. Dinner, Breakfast and Tea. Any Extra Orders would be charged as per the Menu Card and payable by the Guest. People preferring only Veg. Food can not get any discount / refunds in the package cost. The Hotels and Resorts you will be staying are 35 kilometers inside the Jungle. Only People who book Jungle Safaris can come inside the Forest where Resorts are located. Resorts mainly serve Fresh Indian Food ordered by You. Kitchen in any Resort / Hotel is Shut from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the Evening.
Nagpur Pickup Drop -
The Vehicles we provide for Pickup and Drop from Station /Airport to Resort and Back are Hired for Pickup and Drop to the Destination ONLY. The Same vehicle CAN NOT be used for Local Sightseeing in Nagpur or in any other City. If you wish to do Local Sightseeing then you have to decide the cost with the Driver of the Vehicle. (Car / Innova /Bus)
Safari Gypsies -
Gypsies come to Pick you up at the Resort Reception 30 Minutes before the Safari Entry Time. (Can't come before that) You have to be ready at the Hotel Reception half an hour before the Safari timing. Hotel Reception People will Guide you to get the right Safari Gypsy for you. Morning Safari Timing is 6:30 to 10:30 in Winter and 5:30am to 9:30am in Summer. Time keeps changing according to Sunrise and Sunset. Gypsy Vehicles and Guide / Drivers are on Forest Department Daily Rotation Schedule. All Guides and Drivers are Trained By Forest Department every after 3 Months.
Animal Sightings:
Tigers or Any other Animal Sightings in any Jungle Safari cannot be guaranteed by anyone to anyone in the Jungle which is spread more than 4,000 Sqkm. Our Trained Guides and Drivers try their level best to offer you the best Jungle Experience but any Animal Sightings in any Jungle Safari is purely on matter Your Luck.
Balance Payment:
There is No ATM in Tadoba. No Card Payment is possible in Tadoba anywhere. Only Jio SIM will have a Network. If Any Balance Payment is Pending then Please make sure you Pay before checking into the Hotel / Resort. Please NOTE Your Safari Gypsies will get released Only After One Hour after you do the Full Payment. Please do not delay the balance payment. Or please pay as per the reminders sent. Delay in Payment (Because of any Genuine/Technical/Network Problems/Daily Bank Transfer Limit Problem/OTP Problem etc are regular Reasons after reaching Tadoba) All these reasons can result in Delay / Cancellation / Quality Issues of Jungle Safari Gypsies, Check-in or other services. Delay in Full Payment can Result in Delay in Services.
Cancellation & Refunds:
NO Refund is possible if the trip gets cancelled in less than 35 days from the Trip Date. In case of Cancellation of the trip (By You), refunds will be provided as per Resort and Forest Department Refund Policy and after deducting our Service/ Vendors Charges Which will be Minimum Rs. 5,000/- or 5% of the Total Package Cost. (Whichever is higher).
If the Jungle gets closed because of Covid and your Trip Gets Cancelled then the same Advance Amount can be Used for the Next Trip in the Same Jungle with Validity of 18 months. The trip can be rescheduled in future as per the availability of Safaris and Hotel on your New Travel Date. The Advance Money given to us will be deducted from your future trip package cost.
Any Safari or any Service gets cancelled by any Mishaps / Accidents / Flight/ Forest Dept. Decisions / Train Delays/ Local/ Political Unrest/ Chakka Jam / Natural Calamities / Delay in reaching Entry Gate, Refunds against these type of Cancellations will Not be provided.
No Two Tadoba Proposals can be compared to each other even if both are offered by us. Costing for all services are Dynamic (Similar to Airline Ticket Cost) and the cost keeps fluctuating every day as per demand supply ratio and as per heavy demand on Festivals and Long Weekends. We are in Wildlife Tourism business since 2008 and we do not try to match our services with Proposals or Services offered by other Tour Companies.

Understand What is Tadoba:
You are interested in visiting Tadoba, which is a Wildlife Destination and Actual and Original Tiger Jungle, much different than regular Holiday Destinations you keep visiting. Hotels in Moharli (Tadoba) are in the middle of the protected Jungle and amenities like WiFi, Swimming Pool are not available in most of the hotels. Only Jio Network works in Moharli. Even you are staying inside any Hotel, The Hotels are inside the Jungle and you are always surrounded by the things which are common in Jungle (Mosquitoes, Insects, Jungle Smell, forest moisture smell etc. Nearest Shops are 35 Kilometers away so Hotels have Limited Indian Menu. There are no walk in guests in these Hotels so food is prepared and served fresh as per the orders and rooms occupancy only. You are requested to give the food orders well in advance in the Hotel and with the specific instructions about the taste you prefer. Please Order Lunch after Breakfast and order Dinner after evening Tea so you get your orders on time.
Limited Safari Gypsies are allowed to enter the Jungle Every day by Forest Department and we have to do the Safari bookings well in advance. You can add 6 Names in One Safari Gypsy. Kids below 6 are Free but we can not take any responsibility of 7th kid in the Gypsy. The offered plan can change/fluctuate if it gets delay in confirmation and bookings of safaris. Safaris can get over any time. Once the Safaris are booked, then there is no way to change/ replace/ cancel/ adding people from/in that Safari Permit. So please give the name and the Aadhar Cards/ID Proof of the people who are 100% Confirm to join you for the trip. (You must Carry same original ID Aadhar cards with you for every safari). Changes/ cancellation after booking of permits would result in loss of money. Hotels Check In is 1:00PM and Check Out is 12:00PM. There is No ATM in Tadoba. Any change/upgrade in any service would be charged extra as per the actual.
About Tadoba:
Tadoba Jungle is spread over 1,750 sqkm and it has 18 Gates to enter the Jungle. Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve is one of the richest & largest Tiger Reserve in India. It is one of India?s 47 Project Tiger Reserves existing in India. It lies in Chandrapur district of Maharashtra state. This beautiful wild paradise is situated 30 km close to Chandrapur City of central Indian State Maharashtra and is about 150 km from Nagpur city which is the nearest airport for visiting Tadoba Tiger Reserve. Its name 'Tadoba' is derived from the name of local God "Tadoba" or "Taru" which is praised by local tribal people, whereas "Andhari" is derived from name of river which crosses the Tadoba forest. It is believed that Taru was the village chief who was killed in a fierce encounter with Tiger and thus a shrine was made in remembrance of God Taru. This region was predominantly ruled by Gond tribes which had their own Kingdom in large area of Central India. Their descendants are still can be seen in local villages.
Carrying Mobile Phone in Jungle Safari is Not Allowed in Tadoba Jungle. Fine Rs. 2,000/- per handset with immediate Termination of Safari Drive.
Rule of Tadoba = Must Read
Please Read the given below rules of Tadoba to understand Tadoba better and make sure you explain the rules to your co-travelers as well. Tadoba is one of the real Jungle and we have to Respect the Jungle and Wild Animals. Feeding biscuits, wafers or any food to any wild animal is strictly prohibited and by doing so it can attract fine of ₹. 5,000/- Do not throw empty tetra-packs, papers, wafer packets, chocolate wrappers in jungle. Make sure the Kids in your Gypsy don't throw any type of trash in the jungle. Put all the trash in your bag and empty it in Hotel dustbin or in the dustbin in the Safari Gypsy vehicle. Taking any form of disposable Plastic inside the jungle is strictly prohibited.
Talking in Jungle is not allowed and not advisable. In Jungle, there is no noise pollution so even if you talk slowly, your voice can reach a kilometer away and animals have very sharp hearing capabilities. They will immediately runaway. By talking in a jungle, you can spoil Animal sightings for you as well as for other travelers, for the best sightings, maintain silence, make sure your co-travelers don't make chatting noise.
Always wear Earth Color or dark green jungle color clothes. Explain this to your Co-travelers. Strictly Avoid Red Yellow Pink Fancy Fluorescent Colors Clothes. The Guards will send you back to Hotel to change the clothes as your Fluorescent Colour Clothes can disturb animals and animal sightings for other tourists as well. Animals get scared and run away immediately after they see these Colorful Clothes from far away. There is lot of dust in the jungle so wear balaclava or scarf and round ears covering cap in Jungle. Sunglasses if possible. All Hotels give Water Bottles for Safaris. Guides are local Gond People who are well trained by Forest Department about the Jungle rules. They try their best to show you the jungle beauty and animals but again its Jungle and NO Animal Sightings are guaranteed by anyone to anyone. Animal sightings are pure matter of your LUCK so it is better to listen to your Safari Guides as they know the Jungle and recent Tiger Movement better. Also, please remember if you break any rule in Tadoba, then your Guide and Driver gets banned from their duty for 3 months and you have to pay heavy fines. Getting down in Jungle is strictly prohibited and you might have to pay heavy fines if you break the rule. Forest Guards are everywhere in Jungle. Please Respect the Jungle and Respect the Wild Animals?
Cancellation, Refund & Policy:
Booking can be started only after we get required Advance and the necessary Photo IDs. Hotels don't return advance booking money as it is loss for them. We get better rates by paying 100% advance to the Hotels but they do not offer any refunds if there are any cancellations. You can cancel your trip anytime but refunds would be provided only on the basis of return amounts from Hotel/ Safari / Transportation and after deducting our service charges or there will be NO Refunds at all. (We try to take minimum advance). Safari Permits, Hotel Vouchers and Transportation Receipts would be emailed/couriered only after we get full payment of the trip. (7 Days before the travel date). To provide the best all inclusive package to our clients, We do bulk buying of Hotel Rooms and Transfer Vehicle at special rate and use it for whole year. So we can not provide break-up of the trip cost. Per head Cost Fluctuates when you add or remove any service/people. Any change/upgrade in any service would be charged extra above the trip cost because we pay full advance for all the services we organize for our guests.
